Gluten Free Cupcakes

Today I made some Gluten Free Coffee and Walnut Cupcakes, just for fun. They were super yummy and I decided to ice them like roses cause I thought it'd look pretty but then i remembered it was brown icing :) hehe

I also made a Gluten Free Carrot Cake last week, which tasted amazing! Even if it didn't look so pretty.
